En-suite Tenancy Takeover in Student Accommodation

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Great Court student accommodation.
I will be moving out late march/early april, and the lease is until September 6th 2024.

The room is part of a 10-bed cluster flat on the 8th floor. The room is an en-suite and the room is equipped with a closet, drawers, shelf, desk, chair, small nightstand, mirror, radiator, under bed storage, night light and a large window.
There is a shared kitchen/living room which has 2 4-ring hobs, microwave, 2 refrigerators/freezers, 2 sinks, 2 built in ovens, plenty of shelf storage and a couch, dining table and TV. There is more information and photos on the accommodations website (Fresh Great Court).

The accommodation has a free on-site gym, study area, cinema room, games area, courtyard, lounge, communal kitchen and a laundry site.
It is located in central London and within a 5 minute walking distance is an Asda, and within a 10 minute walking distance is a Tesco and Lidl.
There is a bus station right outside the accommodation and another one within a 5-10 minutes walking distance. The closest underground station is Bermondsey which is a 15-20 minute walking distance or 10 minutes by bus.

UAL and KCL Guy’s campus are both a 20-25 minute bus ride away, and there are also plenty of buses going straight to central (SOHO) within 30 minutes.
