Studio in Student Accommodation, Summer short-stay

Hello! My name is Pablo, and I am seeking someone to take over my studio tenancy at Element Bermondsey. I will be moving out on July 6th with a lease that extends into September. If you need a summer accommodation, this is the perfect place. The accommodation is a modern, completely new property opened in September 2022, located in a calm but vibing area, with easy and fast connection via bus and tube to most of London’s universities, and on a short walk away from Bermondsey Street and Tower Bridge full of nice and cosy restaurants and cafés.

There is a Sainsbury's market just in front of the accommodation, 5 minutes walking distance there is a Co-Op and a huge Tesco Superstore. The accommodation overlooks Bermondsey Spa Gardens, perfect for a walk a picnic or just to rest. Within 5-10 minute walking distance is Bermondsey Station. and just next to the building, there are several buses easily connected to the main popular zones of London.

You’ll also have access to some great facilities. The accommodation has a free on-site gym, a games area, a cinema and a bright study space. The studio is wheelchair accessible, which makes it spacious and wide for anyone. It is located on the ground floor, facing a quiet backyard which is perfect for hot temperatures in summer. The studio is equipped with all amenities, and storage, double bed with under-bed storage, a 2-ring hob with extractor, a breakfast bar, en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, full-length mirror, integrated fridge with freezer compartment, combi microwave and mini grill oven, pinboard, stool, study desk with drawer space and chair and a big Wardrobe.
