With a heavy heart I’m giving up my room after 3 years of living in the building. Our contract renews June 30 for one more year.

🛌 About the room: it’s a spacious double bedroom with built in wardrobe, memory foam mattress - I bought a desk and chair for wfh days which I’d be happy to sell for a fair price.

🏢 The flat is on the 15th floor with the best views over London you could possibly get.
It’s a 3 bedroom, Tommy stays in the ensuite so you’ll be sharing the bathroom which is right next to your room with my lovely flat mate Victoria.

🌆 We’ve got a spacious living room with couch, tv and balcony facing tower bridge and the shard. There’s also a communal roof terrace ideal for summer nights with friends on the 5th floor overlooking the Thames.

☎️ There’s 24h concierge service, they’re all super friendly and happy to help with any queries you might have regarding transport/ parcels etc.

🚆 Bermondsey station is roughly 7min walk away
London Bridge 12min
Bus stop to Shoreditch and central in front of the door
Tesco/ Sainsbury’s both ~5min walk away

👨‍👩‍👧 We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy especially in all common areas to replace me. This is not a party flat but we do have friends over for dinner and drinks occasionally and wouldn’t mind you doing the same!
