Hi there potential roomie 👋 We're looking for a new person to move into our friendly and sociable three-bedroom flat in Bermondsey. You'd be sharing with two Aussie girls (Prue and Tegan) in their late 20s/early 30s, who have both been living in London for close to a year.

Prue works in marketing for a fintech company and works from the office two days a week. She's very friendly, likes to go for hot girl walks and explore new food joints in London. Tegan works as a radiographer and works from the office every day. Outside of work, she likes travelling as much as she can around Europe.

We're both very chill and respectful people, and are looking for someone who wants to be friends with the people they live with, perhaps do the odd dinner or go to the pub.

Location:
The flat is very close to London Bridge Station and Bermondsey Street, with Southwark Park and Burgess Park each around a 20-minute walk away. There's also a Sainsbury's Local just five minutes away.

The flat has a decent-sized living room with a TV and dining space, which includes a quaint balcony to sip your morning coffee and soak up the sun. We have a bathroom with a shower and sink located upstairs, with a separate toilet on the first floor. The kitchen is a good size, with a separate pantry, and includes a washing machine.

The room: £850pcm
Deposit: £1000
Bills: ~£100-130pcm per person

The room will be fully furnished and will be available from the 20 June 2024, with a double bed and wardrobe. The landlord will also be recarpeting the whole flat beforehand, so the room and the flat will be in tip-top condition.
