Hi! I'm looking to fill a double room in my modern two-bedroom flatshare in Bermondsey (Zone 1), about 5/10 mins walk from London Bridge station.
Available to move in from the 31st of July. Rent is £1,200 per month + bills (roughly £100 per month). The room comes with some furnishings but you'd be welcome to move any bits in that you have!
About me: I work in the music industry and predominantly in the office, with the occasional work-from-home day. I'm very easygoing and more than up for a trip to the pub or to cook dinner for the flat, but also happy to enjoy our own company. I'm often at gigs for my work, so if you also enjoy live music that's a massive plus!
About you: ideally, you're a professional in your late 20s/early 30s, who is tidy, respectful and will help look after the place! The landlord is very easy-going and friendly, and responsive to any issues with the flat.
