You’ll have a vibrant array of restaurants, bars, and pubs at your doorstep, along with the ever-evolving Maltby Street Market, perfect for those who appreciate good food and a lively atmosphere.

The room itself is bathed in natural light, west-facing with views over a small green space (frequented by the occasional fox). It can be offered fully furnished or partially furnished, depending on your preference. The property has two bathrooms — one on each floor — but no dedicated living room, so the kitchen serves as our communal hub.

You’d be sharing with a friendly group of professionals from diverse fields, all of whom enjoy socialising, whether it’s dinner, bowling, shuffleboard, or scenic walks. We’re looking for someone who appreciates a sociable yet respectful environment. No homophobia, no racism, no misogyny allowed.

All bills are included, though we occasionally top up the meters as needed. A cleaner visits fortnightly, with contributions shared in turn.
