We are looking for a new flatmate in our amazing flat located right on Bermondsey Street!

We have a room available from 5th May 2026 for somebody to move in right away. The room is fully furnished including a double bed and has an en-suite private bathroom.

Our bright and amazing flat has a communal kitchen/living room with a lovely balcony overlooking Bermondsey Street and The Shard.

The flat also includes a washer and a dryer.

**Our ideal flatmate**
This flat would suit a gay male professional looking to live in London Bridge. We are looking for a gay guy who has their own life but is also happy to socialise and to treat this place like a home. It is a quiet flat rather than a party flat. The existing tenants are gay males working in NHS, FinTech and HR.

**Location**
There is no doubt that one of the best things about this flat is its amazing location. It is situated right in the middle of Bermondsey Street in the same building as the Fashion and Textile Museum. There are dozens of independent cafes nearby as well as shops, supermarkets and art galleries.

London Bridge train station: 4 min walk
London Bridge Underground station (Northern and Jubilee lines): 6 min walk

**Fees**
Rental: £850 per month
Deposit: £250

The rental is £850 per month and it includes:
- A weekly visit by the cleaner (who cleans the communal areas, empties bins and cleans the bathrooms)
- Council tax
- Utility bills

The rent does not include:
- Broadband - £10pcm

- Move in date available 5th May (but open to discussion)
