You’ll have a vibrant array of restaurants, bars, pubs at your doorstep, along with the ever evolving Maltby street market . Perfect for those who appreciate good food and lively atmosphere.
The room is a nice sized double next to the upstairs bathroom . There is no dedicated living room so the kitchen serves as our communal hub . You’d be sharing with a group of professionals from diverse fields , all whom enjoy socialising whether it’s dinner , bowling or a scenic walk .
We’re looking for someone who enjoys a social yet respectful environment.
No homophobia , racism , misogyny allowed .
All bills are included though we occasionally top up the meters as needed . A cleaner visits fortnightly with contributions shared in turn .
