• Rent is £1000 and around £45-65 for all other bills (electricity, gas/water, wifi, and council tax). Deposit is one month rent.

• Move in: flexible but available start of January .

• 10 minute walk to Bermondsey station and 15-20 minute walk to London Bridge. City is right at your feet with only a 10 minute cycle to bank. Also great bus links right outside house going most places. Shops and amenties two minutes walk.
