One or 2 rooms to rent

Room availability February - April & then from June.

I’m renting out one or two rooms in a relaxed, well-kept 3 bedroom home. Suitable for couple or friends that look for two rooms.

You will mostly occupy the property by yourself with very occasional visits from me as I travel oversees for work.

It is a spacious king-size room with four wardrobes, so there’s loads of storage. You will be having the whole of the property just for yourself most of the times as I relocate for work in Asia for a few months and I will keep one room for me when I visit.

There’s a lovely garden that’s great for relaxing when the weather’s good, and parking available that’s suitable for bikes and motorbikes.

Ideal for someone looking for a calm, easy-going place to live with plenty of space, privacy, and a dog-friendly atmosphere.

The room includes bedding and towels and the property is equipped with a fully functioning kitchen including coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, working station, TV etc.

If you are looking for a shorter term (1-3months) please let me know.

The property has been recently renovated and I am open to a couple of friends sharing the property.
