I am looking for a roommate for my Bermondsey/London Bridge flat to move in April 🤍

I mid twenties girl, and would prefer a female flatmate, around mid-late 20s! I work in science and have a pretty active and social lifestyle - looking for someone who is similar :)

The flat: It’s two bed and two bath flat, in a lovely community of buildings.
There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, lots of storage, balconies all round and a concierge.

Location: Walking distance (15 mins) to both Bermondsey and London Bridge tube stations, and right next to Bermondsey spa gardens!

The room: The room available is the bigger room with an en-suite, and a balcony!
Rent: £1250 per month + bills
Bills: around £200 for WiFi, electricity, gas, water and council tax.
