Cozy Room in Bermondsey

Hi SpareRoom Community!

my flatmate and I met during our masters at LSE and have been working for the last 2-3 years in financial services. We moved into this flat a bit over a year ago and as the current flatmate I am leaving the UK mid/end of April. We’d love to have someone come in to replace me that would align well. A bit of background he is French/English, studied at Sciences Po/UCL/LSE. He’s a great friend to me, very open and caring and we have always shared the space from chores to bill to dinners after work!

Probably someone who is a working professional would fit best into the current life stage and energy.

The room is £1,192 per month (excluding bills that add another £150) and the deposit of £1385 [the ad doesn’t let me change that]. I have a wooden rack in the room and a piano which I am happy to sell or remove. I aiming to move out mind/end of April.

The flat is owned by architects that live abroad and have been very supportive with any kind of amendments or changes. We have a good relationship with the neighbors for taking each other’s packages.
