En-suite room just off Bermondsey Street

Looking for someone to take over my spot on the tenancy in our bright 2-bed, 2.5-bathroom flat just off Bermondsey Street. I’ve genuinely loved living here and am only moving out as I’m in the process of buying a flat locally.

The bedroom is very spacious, with two large windows and its own en-suite bathroom – a great perk for the price in SE1. There’s a large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and ottoman bed. The desk is mine so I'll likely be taking that.

Upstairs, the flat has a spacious open-plan living / dining / kitchen area with lots of natural light and modern appliances. There’s also a large outdoor terrace which we’ve never really used, but has loads of potential to be an amazing space in the summer.

You’ll be living with my housemate Levy, a gay Kiwi who’s been in the flat since we renewed the tenancy in October. He works from home two days a week (usually Monday and Friday), is easygoing and keeps the flat quiet. His preference is for someone LGBT (or an ally!), in their 20s-30s and that doesn’t wfh lots.
