6 month sublet near London Bridge/Bermondsey SE1

Hi! My name is Bri, and I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmates room from beginning of April - mid September as she is moving in with her boyfriend.

The flat is in Bermondsey, a 15 minute walk from London bridge station and 5 mins from Bermondsey street! So many cute cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby, and super close to the Bermondsey beer mile breweries. There a several grocery stores nearby as well, with a Sainsbury’s local and Tesco express within 5 min walk, 10 mins to Lidl, and a big Tesco within 15 mins. The flat is steps away from the 1/188 and 42/78 bus stops, with easy transport to holborn/shoreditch areas.

Your room would be the bigger of the two, and we have access to the back terrace as well which is so lovely in the summer (shown in pics). The flat is fully furnished and your room would have a bed, dresser, night table, and large closet space. The rent is £1350/month excluding bills (around £150). The sublet would be from April-September as the owners are planning to sell the building in the fall.

About me: I am 25 (26 in April), from Canada, did my masters at KCL in environmental science for sustainability and now work full time as a carbon ratings analyst. I work hybrid, normally in the office 3 days a week and WFH the other two days. I’ve lived in this flat for 2.5 years now and love the space and location.

My hobbies include keeping active by going to the gym/pilates classes, lots of cooking/baking, socializing at the pub/breweries, skiing, swimming, going to concerts, reading, and tv/movies.

Looking preferably for a girl in a similar situation, preferably 25+, working full time, and looking for a roommate who could be a friend, keeps the flat clean and tidy, and also respects each others space :)
