Double bedroom / bathroom near Tower Bridge

I am looking for someone (women only) to move into the second room of the flat I’m currently renting about 200m from Tower Bridge ✨

About the flat:
Rent: 1,385
Bills: c £160 - £200 (for electricity, water, wifi and council tax).

It’s a two bedroom, two bathroom flat on the third floor of an apartment building on a very quiet residential street.

The available bedroom is bright and airy. You would have the main bathroom as there is an en suite in my room.

There is plenty of storage in the bedroom, with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also space for a desk. The room comes furnished.

We have a large sitting and living room, with a balcony with a view of the Shard. The kitchen comes full stocked / furnished so no need to bring anything (unless you would like to!). The apartment has a washing machine (no tumble drier).

I’m very happy to move things around in the communal areas as I want it to feel like your home too ☺️

The flat is a 12 minute walk to London Bridge station and about 15 minute walk to Bermondsey station so easy access to Northern, Jubilee, Circle and District lines. Bermondsey high street is also just 10 minutes away which has gorge pubs, wine bars and restaurants. Borough Market is also about 15 minutes away. The area itself is very peaceful and very safe. I really love the area.

About me: I’m a 30 year old lawyer from Ireland, who just moved to London in January for a new role. I’m in the office about 2 or 3 days a week and have a desk in my room for WFH.

I enjoy spending my weekends spinning or going to pilates, spending time with my friends and exploring London. I’m very happy to get to know each other and become friends (e. g. going to the local wine bars or grabbing brunch on the weekends🥂). I also very much appreciate personal space and doing our own separate things as well .

I’m clean, tidy and keep the flat in good order. I’m looking for someone with similar interests, goes into the office a similar amount and is clean / tidy and keen to get to know each other.

NB: Must be earning at least £45,000 for referencing.
