I have a spacious furnished double room to let in my secure entry flat located on the 13th floor and only 10 minutes from both London Bridge and Bermondsey stations. There is also a Tesco Metro only moments away.

The room is a spacious double with a lockable door which is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe; it also has the added bonus of having spectacular views of the London skyline and in particular the Shard.

Rent is £600pcm which includes reasonable use of electricity and Wifi and council tax.
Landline and Tv license are not included. A deposit of 1 months rent is required in advance of moving and references (proof of employment and previous of address) will be requested.

As well as the room (as described above) you will also have use of a communal kitchen, with your own fridge/freezer as well as a shared bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate toilet.

I’m Carol a live in Landlady in my 40’s I like my own personal space and am looking for a lodger who will respect this. I am looking for someone who will treat me and the flat with respect by being aware of living in a shared space and ensuring that they clean and tidy up after themselves. I should also add then I am occasional smoker but strictly outside the flat.
