Beautiful double room on the Thames

We are renting a double room for occupancy from October 2nd in our fabulous four bed, three storey townhouse in Bermondsey.
The house overlooks the river and is approx. 400m from Tower Bridge. Its an easy walk to London Bridge or to commute into the city - but still super quiet and protected (as it is part of a gated area).

The house has a huge separate kitchen and living room, and three amazing housemates! We are one Aussie female, one Romanian female, and one British male; all professionals between 20s/30s. The house is a nice mix; social but with everyone on their own schedules and out a fair bit.

INCLUDED: the house is in a gated community, has a GYM, CONCIERGE, shared GARDEN, SKY TV, BROADBAND, PARKING, BIKE STORAGE, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a WEEKLY CLEANER!

The area is peaceful but close to terrific bars, Bermondsey Street and the amazing Maltby Markets.
The room comes with a double bed, and a wardrobe.

We are looking to move someone into the room from October 2nd ideally, which means it will be rented on a first come first served basis.
