All inclusive double in lovely garden flat

Double bedroom available from 1st December (was 17th November but date has changed!) Large garden flat on quiet, tree-lined road facing little park in Bethnal Green - 3 dbl bedrooms, sitting room, 2x bathrooms, big eat-in kitchen and garden with lawn, terraces etc.

Looking for professional or professionally minded person to share the space with me (female owner, sometime consultant to tech firms), marvellous current flatmate (female marketing pro) - and 2 very sweet little dogs!

The flat is in v good condition and has everything you could possibly need. Price is truly all inclusive too - every single bill, wonderful weekly cleaner plus things like tea/coffee/milk/washing powder/household and store cupboard items etc - I like to keep things simple.

Spare room is a large double with dual aspect windows onto the garden, wood venetian blinds, double bed, fitted wardrobe, drawers, armchair, desk, wall shelves and modern chandelier.

Possibly moving to the country next spring so offering max. 6 months for now - I’ve been saying this for 5 years though so it’s definitely not definite!

Just 2 mins walk to Bethnal Green tube, train, shops etc, and 10 minutes walk to Brick Lane/Broadway Market/Columbia Road/Spitalfields/Shoreditch/C ity.

Has a peaceful, grown-up but easy-going atmosphere and is a lovely place to live - feels more like a country cottage than an urban flat so if you're looking for an little oasis in central London, get in touch :)

Oh and a lil PS: I’m afraid I do have the odd sneaky cigarette in the garden (I know, I know!) Happy for you to do so too, but this a smoke free home and I’d like to keep it that way!
