We are currently looking for a friendly professional to join our house.

The house is big and warm with a large and cosy living room, separate kitchen fully furnished, three bedrooms, one bathroom, two toilets, a garden and various storages. The property is perfectly located. Just minutes away from all the nice things of East London : Victoria Park, Columbia Flower Market, Broadway Market, London Fields etc..

The area is quiet but still full of life, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and everything you will need.

The room available is a single room with a double bed, some storage and two wall shelves. (No desk like on the picture)

**About you:**

We are looking for a young professional who's friendly clean. Ideally we are after someone who isn’t WFH and a female to balance out.

You'll be sharing the house with two friendly professionals :

I'm a Hugo, a 30yo French designer, and Harry around the same age, British guy who works in hospitality.

**Important details:**

The rent of the room is £525 + bills. Bills are £95 per month and include council tax, water, electricity, gas and broadband.

One month of deposit is required and you'll rent direct from landlord who will start a new contract. (No agency)

The room is available now.

Viewing will mostly be viewing from 6pm Monday to Friday and during weekends at any time
