The security deposit and the rent can be negotiated for the suitable tenants, if needed.

The flat is off Bethnal green road, London E2, 5-7 minutes from the bethnal green underground station. (Central line, Zone 2). Couple of minutes from the bethnal green main road bus stops. 5 min walk from Shoreditch rail station and within 10-15 mins walk you can get the stations of Old Street-Liverpool Street-Aldgate East (zone 1) and White chapel (zone 2).
The condition of the whole flat is excellent. The flat is on the top floor (second floor) with its secured ground floor entrance. There is no living room.

This is a clean, quiet and pleasant flat.
The new flatmate must be the same and NON-SMOKER, please.

So if you are looking for a party house then it might not be suitable for you.
There is a cleaning Rota to ensure everybody contributes fairly to keeping the flat clean. We are looking for somebody short term/medium term or long-term, who will treat the flat as their home and add to the lovely atmosphere we have.
24 hour WiFi, Laminated floor, central heating, power shower, double glazed windows, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge-freezer and separate w/c.
We have 24 hour Tesco and Iceland 2-3 mins walk. And to make it better, we don't need any bus to move in the area, can go walk everywhere! All Clubs, Bars and shops.
