I am looking for a person to take over my room from January 1st, 2020.
The building is about 9 years old, everything in the flat and building is very well maintained! The room is fully furnished, the kitchen offers all necessary supplies you could think of.
The room has an en-suite bathroom. Bills are NOT included and add up to about 110pounds.
About my two flatmates, I sadly have to leave:
Both are from the US, one of them has been working in the financial sector for about 1.5 years in London, the other one moved in October to do his Masters in history at LSE.
Both are very social, great to be around with and we would appreciate someone who is keen on social interaction like going for a drink, cook, chill night in aka good-vibe flat.
If professional - Income statement is needed, student either security by parents or loan agreement. If wanting to move out earlier, you would be obligated to find someone new.
