We have a single bedroom to let in Bethnal Green in a ground floor
Garden maisonette.
Price is £580 including bills.

The location is ideal for travelling to central London with excellent transport links day and night. The house is located at 2 minutes from Bethnal Green Road where you can find all kinds of shops and restaurants. Bus stops are 2 minutes walk (24hrs bus 8/N8 from oxford circus) with lines going to Liverpool street / Central London and Bethnal Green tube station is less than 5 minutes walk (central line).

We are 3 occupants between 24-35 yrs old from Spain and Italy, easy to get along, clean and tidy; we respect each others privacy and are very sociable. We like having people over and the basic stuffs (movies/series/music/BBQ). Always up for a good time out or at home.
We’d prefer someone who would enjoy hanging out from time to time but also have a life on their own.
