Cosy single room in beautiful East London flat

We’re looking for a fabulous new housemate to join our rooftop abode.

The room is a super cosy (aka small) single room, with limited storage - hence the ridiculously cheap rent! The room has a single bed, shelving and small chest of drawers and has just been freshly painted. There is also a very large storage unit, that comes with the room, in the hallway with a chest of drawers and clothes rail. There is unfortunately no wall windows in the room, but there is a sky light which provides lovely natural lighting.

The flat is 4 bedrooms, with a bright open planned living room and kitchen along with a large bathroom that is shared with just two of the other housemates. The flat also has probably one of the best rooftop terraces in East London (we're not even exaggerating!)

We definitely have a community feel in the house - and will often hang out, make dinner or go for a drink together. We love a Sunday night movie or a summer BBQ! We're looking for someone who would like to be a part of that. All current housemates (1M/2F) are in their late-20s/early 30s and are professionals in the 9-to-5 grind. We would like to keep an equal gender balance, so are looking for a (self-identifying) guy to join us.

The flat is in a secure modern building with a lift up to the fourth floor where you can find us. It’s close to a number of supermarkets, cafes, gyms and bars. The canal and Victoria Park are just a five minute walk away, with London Fields, Broadway Market and Columbia Rd Flower Market also within close walking distance.

The flat is a 5-10 minute walk from Bethnal Green tube station, a 2 minute walk from Cambridge Heath station and is surrounded by bus stops in every direction!

Bills come to roughly £80 per month.
