I am looking for someone to take on the good sized, furnished, double room in the flat I am renting in Bethnal Green. The room is available from September 1st 2020.
The location is amazing and one of the best things about the flat - it's on Roman Road, about a 2-3min walk from BG tube/central line. It’s seconds from lots of great pubs (The Camel / The Florist / The Approach) and all sorts of amenities and shops. It’s also a 5-10min walk from Victoria Park :)
It is a 2 room flat (I currently occupy the other room) and has a kitchen and bathroom (no living room). I am a pretty laid back 31yo English guy who works in video production.
Rent: £625.00pm
Internet, electricity, council tax works out about £115.00pm
The room comes with the bed and wardrobe shown in the pics, plus some small drawers.
