Double Room In Bethnal Green

We’re looking for a new female pal to join us in our four bed flat. The flat is situated between Columbia road and Bethnal Green road, just a short distance to Bethnal green tube, Shoreditch High Street and Hoxton overground stations as well as plenty of bus links. We all in work in Shoreditch / the city (when the offices are open) so it's perfect for post Covid TFL avoiding.

Rent is £544 (paid to our agency) and you get a double bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and an open plan living room/ kitchen that has been recently totally renovated!
Council tax, gas and electricity, water and broadband comes to roughly £50 each per month, so it's just over £600 all in. Deposit of £675 paid to the agency and is held in a DPS.

The room has recently been repainted and has a new bed frame and mattress. Theres a big wardrobe with draws and a small desk. Due to it being a small double the room would be best suited to someone who has the option to work from office/out of house.
Move in date 26th of October (although we can be flexible on this)

You will be living with:
Alice - 25, Northerner, works in a wine bar and nail technician (best perks)
Lynsay- 25, will spam you with memes and laughs at own jokes.
Ella - 24, from Kent, works in film - car always available for seaside trips.
