I'm looking for a female flatmate to take over my friend's tenancy.

It's a lovely little 2 bed flat, well looked after, with a newly fitted kitchen (oven and washing machine), separate bathroom and toilet, and a cosy living room.

The flat is located off the busy road, en route to Victoria Park (only about a 4-minute walk to the park!). It's very quiet but safe. We know our neighbours, and a majority of the people living in the building are families. The flat is very well connected, being 5 minutes walk away to Cambridge Heath Station, and 10 minutes walk to Bethnal Green. It also has a number of bus connections to the City, including 388 to London Bridge and 254 to Aldgate.

Another plus is that Landlords use to live in the flat before we moved in last year, so the house itself has been very well looked after, and if there's any problem, they are super responsive (a rare gem to come across in London!)

A little about me:
I am a female professional, working as an Urban Designer. In the house, I love to cook and clean, chill with a good movie or laugh with some Korean Television shows!
I also love to walk, especially enjoy nature or discovering new pubs, bakeries or cafes around London.

I work 4-5 days in the office, so I will not be around the flat during the day.

I am looking for a female flatmate, who's clean and will respect/treat the place like home. The place is perfect for 2 people, but not for more, so apart from special circumstances (ie.
Family or friends visits from elsewhere) it will not be suitable to have your boyfriend/girlfriend around more than once or twice a week.. I hope that's understandable.

I love keeping the flat as a quiet space to relax after a long day and I‘m looking for someone who is looking for a similar home .

The move-in date is currently set to 23rd May, but I am flexible if you need to move in later. Our agent is Dexters and they will require a reference check before completing your official move-in. Your deposit will be secured by them.
