Double Room available in spacious flat

Hi All,
We are looking for someone to move into a double room in our large, sociable and homely flat in Bethnal Green/Hackney in mid-November. Sadly, Mike who lives here now is moving out to work in China.
The room is on the smaller side but comes at £584 per month for rent (£673.85 deposit) bills will cost around £100-115 this winter. We've got a cleaner that's included in the bills, and we like to keep the flat tidy. Our landlords are really responsive, don't use estate agents and are great at sorting issues with the flat.
The flat is right around the corner from Columbia Road, Haggerston Park and Broadway Market while being really close to Bethnal Green tube, Cambridge Heath overground, Hoxton overground and all the bars and shops of the area.
The flat has a great open plan design (pics / video available) with secure bike storage.
Your new flatmates would be Myself (Oran) and Kat. I’m a 25 year old research engineer while Kat is a 30 year old business psychologist working in fintech. We're both sociable but respects others space and bed-times.
This flat would suit someone who likes hanging out in a homely communal space, but also respect other's space and knows that people sometimes just want to chill alone. Looking for a friendly, chilled out, tidy and considerate person to move in to this fantastic flat. A passion for house plants is a big plus!
