The flat is located in Bethnal Green and you will be sharing with myself (Sean) and Jamie. I am Australian and currently work as a Mechanical Engineer for a model making and special effects company. Jamie is English and works as a location scout for television. We’re both independent but enjoying catching up when we’re both home.

The room itself is the largest in the apartment with large double glazed windows and a double bed. It comes furnished but if you wish to swap any of the furniture out that can be arranged. We have a great relationship with our landlord and he is very responsive to all our requests.

We’re looking for someone easy going, fun, and happy to clean up after themselves. The area is great and there's loads to do, with lots of pubs, markets, and parks close by.

The flat itself was recently refurbished, with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. There's no living room in the flat, but the kitchen has always worked as a cozy communal space.

Bethnal Green Underground (7mins)
& Bus stop on the doorstep.

Rent is £850 (all bills included)
Deposit is £850 (one months rent)
