Hey, I'm moving out of my room in Bethnal Green, looking for someone to take over the lease as I'm going back to uni.

The room is a large double, furnished with bed and desk. There's a big window so nice and bright, and big enclosed wardrobe with lots of hanger space and storage.

The flat is really lovely and spacious with a sunny living room (big tv), modern kitchen with washing machine, toilet and separate shower. There's also a really cute balcony with views of the skyline!

The flatmates are Brandon and Jamie, both 24 and working full time. Super lovely boys to live with, friendly, tidy & easy going, really lovely vibes in the flat.

The location is really good, around 8 min walk to Bethnal Green tube station (central line), and buses nearby with the number 8 running through the night. Nice neighbourhood with corner shops downstairs, v close to Co-op, Tesco, Puregym. Also Victoria Park is a 5 minute walk which is lovely, perfect spot if you like running.

Bills are under £70 each month (council tax, wifi, gas, electricity, water). Council tax band C.
