Hi, my name is Ola.
I'm one of the tenants in this flat.

I'm looking for a female between 21 and 35 years old to live with me and a friend in this lovely, sunny house.

I've lived here for 3 years already, and I love it. The location is perfect. Many local cafes, 5 min walk to Columbia Flower Market, 10 min walk to London Fields, and 15 min to Shoreditch.

I'm a professional dancer/choreographer and multi-faced entrepreneur, and Dom works in real estate and at a restaurant on the weekends. We're both busy busy but also super relaxed, friendly and kind. :)

We will need either proof of employment or a guarantor. If you're self-employed and can give proof of your earnings, I think that will do as well.

The room to rent has a big built-in wardrobe, double bed, and bedside cupboard. It's very cosy and sunny all day, with a nice view of the local gardens.

The flat's location is fantastic. It's just a 3-minute walk from Bethnal Green underground station and away from the noisy main road. Honestly, it's so nice and quiet around. Next to our house, we have a nice little park with some grass, a basketball court, and a lovely local cafe. It's a great spot for summer, making up for not having a balcony or garden.

One of the great advantages of the place is that it does not have carpets but nice wooden floors. (Yey!) Another one is a lovely and bright living room. It serves as an office, chilled spot, or simply a dinner area.
There is also a big kitchen with a lot of storage and a separate toilet with a bathroom, which can also be a lifesaver. ;)

I'm looking for someone friendly and tidy.
The house life is very relaxed. I've lived with a few people and friends here. Everyone has their own lives and values privacy, but we still catch up every now and then.
If anything has to be done, we discuss it and work around our schedules. Everyone brings their own initiative to the table too.
We don't mind what you do as long as you send the rent before the 1st of every month. ;)

I'd prefer someone who is currently single and has a job.

We value everyone's time for rest, so usually after midnight, we keep it quiet in the house unless previously we discussed guests, parties or simple gatherings. :)

Our contract is till the end of February 2025.
(Bills are around £100 - electricity + gas, water, council tax, broadband)
