A modern large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom right opposite Victoria Park. The new build apartment is bright, airy and spacious and has a balcony overlooking the park. Bethnal Green station is a 10 minute walk away and Cambridge Heath station a 7 minute walk.

The apartment comes furnished and has an open plan kitchen living area with plenty of storage. The double bedroom gets lots of natural light and is quiet during the night. There is an en-suite bathroom and a large wardrobe in the room. There is an also separate laundry and dryer room and a spacious hallway with shoe storage.

I am a 34 product manager who likes music, cinema, literature and art in general. I’m looking for a female house mate of a similar age who is tidy and sociable. I work from the office 2-3 days a week but often in during the evenings.

Bills aren’t included in the rent. Bills include electricity, energy, water, internet, broadband and council tax. The prices vary depending on energy. Around £120 per month in total.
