Looking for someone to replace me in this lovely flat as I am sadly leaving London!

About the room:

The double room comes furnished and is available for single use (no couples sorry).
It includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, mirror and will leave some storage boxes.

Rent is 950£ pcm including water, council taxes and WiFi. Extra bills are usually just £10 a month for electricity and gas.

❗️AVAILABLE ONLY AFTER THE 25th of April for a minimum of 6 months (my landlord won’t accept short therm).

🏡 About the flat:

The flat is a 4 bed located 3 mins walk from Bethnal Green station.
The kitchen is very big and we often have dinner together.
There is one toilet and one bathroom in the house.
(No living room)

📍Location:

The area is amazing and you will love east London vibes.
If you are into local markets, cafes and pubs you are looking in the right place. We have Columbia road flower market and broadway market at walk distance!
The nearest tube station is Bethnal Green (central line) at 2 mins walk from the flat and there are loads of buses on the main road well connected to central London.
A plus is the national express bus stop literally at the end of the road (if you go often to Stansted airport is very convenient).

Current flatmates:

You’ll be living with 3 other people: Anna (23 from Sydney) who works in recruitment, Becca (22 from Washington) who study music and Charlie (26 from uk) who works in eyewear.

About you:

We are looking for a young professional clean, tidy and responsible, preferably a girl mid 20’s to keep the balance in the house.
