Large en-suite double room in a three bedroom flat in Bethnal Green. The room has large windows (with black out curtains). It is a stunning fully furnished room (the desk is mine and will go with me). It's great for someone who works from home as it has enough space for the desk and chair.
The apartment:
Shared with two males aged 30. One is a teacher and the other a data engineer. They are both quite clean. They are happy to be social but can also keep to themselves. There's a massive shared common living space with a TV.
I am moving out to live with my boyfriend. The location is really good - 2-3 mins walk from Cambridge Heath Road Station (overground) and 11 mins walk to Bethnal Green station. The area is quite lively and close to Broadway market/parks.
Rent:
1350 a month - bills roughly come down to another 120 pp. It's very well insulated so winters are cosy and comfortable.
There's a lease transfer fee of 60 pounds and 1350 security deposit.
Starting date: 8 June
The lease is until July 2025 but you're able to transfer the lease to someone else at a cost of 120 pounds.
