I'm subletting my spacious Double room in a 3-bed house in Bethnal Green! The house has a beautiful backyard – just about perfect to sunbathe in these summer months! Ideal location for anyone commuting to Central London, Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, Hackney or Islington.

The house is located in a quiet residential street in Bethnal Green, and is surrounded by beautiful parks!
- 2 mins walk to Meath Gardens
- 10 mins walk to Mile End Park
- 10 mins walk to Victoria Park

The house was recently refurbished. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they come fully furnished with cupboards, beds and desks for working. The living room includes a TV, a dining table, and of course several plants! The bathroom is modern and was recently redone - with all the fittings clean and new. The kitchen is well-equipped and well-stocked. Oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine included! The garden comes with a shed and a bench, and is great to host people over on the weekends for a cute little picnic! I also have a bike that you could use if need be!

A little bit about us:
I'm currently pursuing a Master's in Behavioural Science from LSE, and will be traveling over the summer to work on my dissertation! (hence looking for someone to sublet). One of my flatmates is pursuing a Masters in Public Administration from LSE, and the other works as a Media Consultant! More generally, we are a well-travelled group of Uni friends - lived in places such as Dubai, Mumbai, New York, Jaipur and Abu Dhabi!

The room is available from May 20th, 2024 until August 20th, 2024 and can be viewed immediately. I am subletting for 1200 pounds per month (inclusive of utilities). Willing to accommodate the sublet dates as per your preference!
