We have a lovely double bedroom in Bethnal Green/Hackney, becoming available from May 16th - 17th.

The room.
The room has been kept in immaculate condition and is a generous size, with more than enough space. It comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a two seater sofa and a wardrobe area, and there is also space to add a desk if you wanted to.

Area, amenities and transport.
We’re lucky to be AMAZINGLY well located!
5 minute walks from Broadway Market and Victoria Park.
A couple of minutes away from all the supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bike repair shops, convenience stores, barbers, beauticians, bars and gyms.

We’re also spoiled for connections.
2-3 minutes from Cambridge Heath Station.
Around 8 mins from Bethnal Green Tube Station.
And just round the corner from bus services that run in all directions.

The flat.
We don’t have a living room.
BUT we do have two toilets, one of them is slightly larger than the other and includes a bath.
There’s a kitchen with storage for everyone and a washing machine.
A nice communal area outside and storage shed for bikes, if you happen to own one.

The whole building is managed by an agency who are pretty decent at staying on top of things like maintenance and repairs.

A bit about us…
There’s 2 of us, both in our 30’s. Dee works as a producer and Josh is a creative director. We’re pretty chilled, we enjoy our own space and do our own thing, but also sometimes grab a pint together, share a take away, go bowling, have a scrabble battle! It’s fairly easy going.

Costs:
Deposit & admin fee = £1,000
Rent, inc bills = £920 pcm, which includes council tax, broadband, energy & water.
We’ve cancelled our TV licence as none of us watch any TV.
We also get a cleaner, Monika, who’s FANTASTIC, once a month at a cost of £20 each.
