The room is £500 + bills, From May 1st - July 1st. Minimum stay is 2 months. There is an option to stay long term, but from July 1st rent will increase to £1,050 + bills.
Currently living here with my boyfriend, who is moving out July 1st, and alongside that the rent is being increased, hence the jump in price. But happy to discuss this in further detail :)
The flat is super cute, has a balcony, shared living space. It’s right on the canal and about 10 seconds from Victoria Park. Walking distance to both Bethnal Green underground and Cambridge Heath overground. Near Broadway market, hackney, columbia road, stratford etc. I work in events and on the side have my own painting practice, so ideally someone fairly creative would be great. My boyfriend is a musician in a band, working in a pub. Someone clean and tidy please! But also someone social
