I have a lovely, double ensuite room available from beginning of July in a great location just off Columbia Road.

I’ve been living here for two years and absolutely love it. I’m 31, work in Marketing for a tech company. I work from home 4 days a week, so ideally looking for someone who is office-based / not fully working from home. Looking for a professional who is respectful of noise, cleanliness and space. I’m an early bird morning and night! So need someone who is respectful of noise. This isn’t a party house - we socialise outside the flat. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and somewhere quiet/ chilled to come home to! No couples.

Location:
5 minute walk to Columbia Road
10 minute walk to London Fields
5/10 minute walk to Bethnal Green and the tube station

Underfloor heating - keeps the flat warmer for longer!
New build with a shared patio with the residents in our building

A lovely double room with ensuite bathroom and shower
Big enough space for a desk and office chair
Comes furnished with a double bed, cupboard and storage shelves

Rent:
£1200 a month
bills (including tax, water, internet etc) around £150 a month (this is at a estimated rate which we estimate will go down over summer/ warmer months)

Current flatmate:
I've been living here since last year and absolutely love it. My flatmate is moving in with her partner and I'm looking to find someone who would like to take on her tenancy until the end of July, with the opportunity to extend if they also like living here! Move in date is end of October.
