Room to Rent in Bethnal Green :)

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for someone to take over my flatmate's lease beginning of July until November.
The flat is St James Court on Bethnal Green Road (E2). It's close to the central line, the overground, and the 8, 388, D6 busses (and more). There are a lot of parks, bars, and restaurants nearby as the flat is close to Shoreditch, London Fields, Hackney etc. There's also a big Tesco right next to the building and a lot of 24/7 shops.
The rent is £1050 plus £50 for bills. There is one room available (either the small or the big one) and the flat is relatively new!
I'm a 21-year-old from France who just graduated, and likes to socialise and travel! I'm starting a job in PR in June so I won't be home all the time but I might work from home some days 🏡
I'm looking for someone aged 20-26, no couples and no pets please 🙏💓
