Lovely Cosy Flat on Victoria Park

Hi there!
I’m looking for a lovely human to sublet the second bedroom in my bright, cosy flat right on the canal next to Victoria Park.

The flat is a furnished, modern new-build in a secure gated development, with two well-sized double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfy living room which tends to get a bit overrun with my ever growing collection of plants. The balcony is the perfect little spot for a morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Bethnal Green tube is just a 15-minute walk away and there’s also off street parking should you need it!

The available bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, mirror, and built-in wardrobe, so it’s ready to move straight into. Move-in date is 1st April.

A bit about me: I’m 40 and work in the TV and film industry as a set decorator. I share the flat with my 6-year-old rescue dog, Baby Lou, a sweet, silly little bean who’s very loving once she gets to know you. She can take a little time to trust, so I’m really looking for a patient, kind dog-lover who’s happy to build that bond with her.

Home is very much a calm, chilled sanctuary for me, so I’m looking for someone similar - no big party vibes, but absolutely up for the occasional shared dinner, film night, or relaxed catch-up. Big fan of cooking Japanese food and watching horror films. Outside of home, I’m into gigs, saunas and cold swims, and going for a coffee and dog walk round the park.
