Double Room in Bethnal Green – Friendly Flatshare

Hi flat hunters!

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in our lovely 2-bedroom flat from April 1st to July 17th while I’m away. It’s a bright, spacious flat with a light-filled living area and a huge terrace that’s perfect for summer evenings.

**The Room:**
The room is a double ensuite, so you’ll have your own private bathroom. It’s unfurnished, though it does come with a built-in wardrobe. I’m also looking to sell my bed, which is only about a year and a half old and has under-bed storage—happy to discuss if you’re interested.

**The Flat:**
Located just off Bethnal Green Road, the flat is in a fantastic spot:

* 10-minute walk to Bethnal Green tube and Shoreditch High Street Overground
* Around 15 minutes to Whitechapel
* Under 10 minutes to Columbia Road Flower Market and Brick Lane
* About 20 minutes’ walk to Broadway Market

The flat has two double bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and the large terrace which gets plenty of light and is great for relaxing or having a drink outside.

**Your Flatmate:**
You’ll be sharing with Jacinta, a 37-year-old Aussie who has been living in London for several years. She’s super clean, respectful, and easy to live with. She enjoys a relaxed home environment and keeps the flat calm and tidy.

**Details:**

* Rent excludes bills (around £150/month on average, lower in summer).
* Move-in: April 1st
* Move-out: July 17th
