Large double bedroom in 2 bed flat in bethnal gre

Hi all,

I am looking for a flatmate to move into my top floor flat in Bethnal Green. The room comes with its own small outdoor area and the location is honestly the best I have lived in while in London. It is close to everything (nice shops, restaurants cafes and bars, big tesco 4 minutes away, 7 minutes from the tube) but still feels quiet and calm.

the room has a small study that I currently use as a guest bed (occasionally) but would also be open to discussing the incoming housemate using it as a study for slightly more rent.

You would be living with me. I'm Jacob, a software engineer who works from home during the day, and am often out performing comedy at night. I am hoping to find someone who is also ready to move on from the usual share house churn and settle into a place that feels like a real home.

The flat is huge for just 2 people, with a decent size kitchen, massive living room, and 2 bathrooms, as well as the 2 bedrooms and study, split over 2 floors. plenty of space to entertain or use however we want.

Open to couples, room would be £1300 for a couple
