Double room for rent with spacious living room

Hi all,

We are currently looking for someone clean to take the double room in our flat! It's located in Bethnal green, with short 10 minutes walk to underground stations, bus 8/388 towards Liverpool Street/Tottenham court road.

Best part about this flat:
🛒 Lots of amenities in bethnal green road. Tesco is short 5 minutes walk, with options of bazaar, butcher and fishmonger nearby
☕ Decent amount of cafes (my personal favourite rastro, astro, café 338), and the famous E Pellici is just around the corner
🌷 Short distances to bricklane, Colombia road market and Broadway market
🪨 Bouldering gym in 8 minutes walk
🐈 Comes with a sassy cat

We also owns an espresso machine and turntable that you are free to use.

The room comes with a big sunny living room which is a plus, it will come mostly unfurnished but the landlord is happy for us to work something out for the required furnitures.

The move in date will be on 12th March.

A bit about ourselves, we are a couple currently living nearby, and I (27M) works as a fully remote analyst (so I will be in most of the time), and my partner (30F) has just graduated with a fashion degree, currently in the stage of interviews.

We are interested in music, analogue photography (hope you don't mind us hanging some films!) and bouldering.
