Looking for someone to buddy up with the flat!

Hi all,

We are currently looking for someone clean to buddy up to rent a flat. It's located in Bethnal green, with short distance to underground stations, bus 8/388 towards Liverpool Street/Tottenham court road.

The room comes with a big living room which is a plus, it will come mostly unfurnished but the landlord is happy for us to work something out for the required furniture's.

We are a couple currently living nearby, and I (27M) works as a fully remote analyst (so I will be in most of the time), and my partner (30F) has just graduated with a fashion degree, currently in the stage of interviews.

We are interested in music (we have a turntable if that's your thing :) and analogue photography (hope you don't mind us hanging some films!) Also comes with a cat which can be a perk if you are into it! (Just don't let her see any food, she's always desperate).

The flat in located in a quieter area, with lots of amenities (Tesco within few minutes walk, climbing gym nearby).

We have had a house viewing with the landlord, and he is a friendly, laid back guy.
