The Bethnal Green duplex flat is in a great location with only a 7min walk to Bethnal Green Tube and 5min walk to Cambridge Heath overground. Other neighbourhood highlights include Victoria Park, Broadway Market and Columbia Rd. Right in the heart of East London!

The flat is quite spacious with a large living dining area overlooking a small garden, kitchen and a small WC downstairs with a shared bathroom and storage room upstairs separating the two bedrooms.

You will be living with myself, Lauren, a 33 year old Australian Interior Designer who has been living in London close to 7 years. I have been lucky enough in the past to remain friends with previous housemates and appreciate a balance of relaxation and socialisation. I love exploring the cities galleries, running around Victoria Park and the odd pub/ wine bar. I currently work from home about 1 day a week from the dining table and am usually in and out on a weekend. The current flatmate works full time from her room but happy to chat through particular circumstances further.

The bills are currently about £127 a person p. month and the landlord has requested a month’s rent as a deposit (£1000). The current flatmate is due to move out March 20 so the room will be available from March 21.
