Large Double in Queer House near Hackney City Farm

We are looking for someone to move into 1 of our 4 rooms, it has a big window and comes part furnished with a bed. Will upload an actual room picture ASAP but hoping to gauge interest and get viewings going quick! The flat is a small wander from Columbia road market but tucked away so it’s nice and quiet. Our flat mate is moving out on the 10th of March/April, so move in date would be then or round that date.

We are preferably looking for someone 26+ thats wants a long term room. Our house is a home so we’d love for the person joining us to appreciate it isn’t a party house and we all hang out, have dinners but equally appreciate everyones privacy. You'd be living with Syd (they/them) Chef, Kat (shey/they) (27) Tattoo artist and Nandjie (she/her) (32) Pastry Chef. As there will be 4 of us, being tidy is important. You must be queer friendly or even better, queer and morals are important to us 🇵🇸.

The room is £667.50 p/m but this might go up on April 10th as that is when the contract resets. and we usually pay roughly £100 in bills on top.
