I'm looking for a friendly, clean, and tidy professional to join my relaxed and welcoming home in the heart of East London.

A bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat with a great layout. While the bedroom on offer is on the cosier side, it benefits from loads of storage, and the generous living spaces more than make up for it.

· Communal Space: Large modern kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, (no dryer sadly) and a sunny living room, perfect for relaxing or hanging out.

Right in the centre of Bethnal Green!

· Transport: 4-min walk to Bethnal Green Underground (Central Line) and 4-min walk to Bethnal Green Overground. Bus stops really close by. You can be anywhere in no time.
· On Your Doorstep: Great pubs like The Bethnal Green Tavern, The Sun Tavern, Mother Kelly's, and Satan's Whiskers. Weavers Fields is right next door for a bit of green space.
· Local Amenities: Bethnal Green Road is packed with a big Tesco, nice cafes, charity shops, etc. A 20-min stroll takes you to Brick Lane & Shoreditch. There’s a few gyms and a leisure centre nearby.
· Whitechapel is an easy 20 minute walk too!

I'm a 34-year-old gay man, working Monday–Friday as a civil servant. I'm clean, tidy, and easy to get along with. I enjoy a night out at the pub just as much as a quiet night in with a film. I work from home about 3 days a week and attempt to get to the gym before work most mornings.

Who I'm Looking For

A friendly, respectful, and tidy flatmate. Ideally, someone who's up for hanging out now and then, but equally happy to live independently and do their own thing.

No smokers, and while working from home is absolutely fine, I'm ideally looking for someone who isn't WFH full-time every week – it's nice to have a bit of balance.
