Small double room available in Bethnal Green

Hello!

I am leaving London, so looking for someone to take over the lease on my room from mid-April (ish). The lease runs until August but my flatmates will be renewing so strong possibility of staying longer.

The flat is a really lovely 4 bed, 2 bath set over 3 floors with a big, bright living room, separate kitchen, and a little garden out the front. The house is on a leafy quiet lane just behind Cambridge Heath rd - about a 5 min walk from Bethnal Green tube station.

My room is small but get loads of light and comfortably fits a double bed with built in storage space.

My housemates are the wonderful Noah (26, works in environmental science), Alizee (28, working in research) and Immie (26, working in consulting).

Looking for someone everyone will get along and add to the warm atmosphere in the house. Also must be clean, respectful, friendly etc (all the good things!!)
