Short term 1 Month Let - Bethnal Green

Welcome to my little peaceful corner of London 🌿

I’ll be flying home to Australia from 18th April until 4th June, so my room will be available for around one month during that time (with some flexibility depending on move-in dates). If you’re able to move in during April, the stay could potentially be a little longer.

The Room - The room comes fully furnished and includes:
• Bed
• Couch
• Two wardrobes
• Two dressers
• A monitor for streaming movies (just plug in a MacBook and screen share – I’m saving up for a TV soon haha)

I’ll move all of my clothes and personal items into one wardrobe and one dresser, so the rest of the storage will be completely free for you.

The Flat
The house has 4 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. There’s no separate lounge, but the kitchen has a table and chairs which naturally becomes the social spot – we often end up sitting there chatting while cooking dinner or catching up after work.

You’ll be living with three professional women, all working in corporate roles, with a mix of working-from-home and office days during the week. Everyone tends to finish work at different times, so the flat is usually calm and relaxed in the evenings.

We’re a friendly and social house, and the couch definitely becomes our little gossip corner, so we’d love someone who enjoys the occasional chat and fits into that easygoing dynamic. At the same time, everyone respects each other’s space and routines.

Please note this room is for a single occupant only (no couples).

• 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop — Bus 55 goes to Oxford Street in around 30 minutes
• 12-minute walk to Bethnal Green Station (Central Line)
• 25-minute walk to Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line)
• 20-minute walk into Shoreditch
• 7-minute walk to a large Tesco
• Several parks nearby
• Columbia Road Flower Market just across the park every Sunday

All bills are included (utilities, council tax, etc.).
