double room in Bethnal Green (E2,) £950pm + bills (usually £150ish.) Available 16th of April :)

We’re looking for someone to join us in our Bethnal Green flat. The room is a double bedroom with a wardrobe + lots of storage around the house. We have a lovely big living room with a Juliette balcony and a nice spacious kitchen. The location is amazing, so close to lots of cafes, bars, shops, parks & transport.
- 5 min walk from brick lane
- 7 min walk to Shoreditch High Street Station
- 15 min walk from Bethnal green station
- 10 minute walk to the big Tesco

You’d be living with two girls, me & Bea both in our mid 20’s, we’re both social & creative. We like all the normal stuff, going out for a drink & a boogie, reading, occasional trash TV watching, art, gigs.

We’re looking for a gal that’s similar in age, relaxed, social, tidy etc etc.
