The house has a huge living room, a large kitchen, and a lovely green garden/patio, perfect for enjoying the spring weather.

You’ll be sharing with two women in their 30s, both working professionals from South Africa. The house has a friendly, relaxed vibe and is kept very clean.

Sublet details
• Available: April only
• Flexible with shorter stays, but minimum stay is April 1–15 (rent would be prorated in that case)
• Rent: £1050 + £150 bills (includes a weekly cleaner)

Note: There may be the possibility to extend into a longer-term stay when the house contract renews at the end of the month, but this can’t be guaranteed yet.
