Hey, I’m Shashwat. I’ve just secured a great 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Bethnal Green and I'm looking for a flatmate to take the second bedroom from the 8th of May.

The building has some amazing perks. There's a free on-site gym, a 24/7 concierge for parcels, a residents' lounge, and a massive roof terrace with a BBQ and views of the city. The flat itself is modern, fully furnished with a balcony. You'll also have your own dedicated bathroom. Location-wise, we're less than a 5-minute walk to Bethnal Green tube (Central Line), and super close to Shoreditch, Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line), and Victoria Park.

A bit about me: I’m 26, work as a software engineer in blockchain, and I've been in London for a few years. I’m into live music, concerts, F1, football, and the occasional rave, but I’m just as happy having a chilled night in watching a movie or playing guitar. I keep shared spaces clean so the flat feels homely.

I’m looking for a flatmate who wants more than just a rent arrangement. It’d be nice to do the odd midweek pub trip, cook together, or grab brunch on weekends, but I completely respect personal space and downtime too.
